VeritasDrive provides informational digital vehicle reports for the UK market. Reports are based on available public data, MOT patterns, manufacturer maintenance guidelines, recall data, and aggregated reliability information where available.

Payments will be processed securely by our approved payment provider.

VeritasDrive reports help identify potential risks and support your decision-making when purchasing a used vehicle. Reports are for informational purposes only.

Reports are not a warranty, insurance product, financial product, mechanical inspection, or guarantee of vehicle condition. Users must not rely solely on our reports when purchasing a vehicle. We strongly recommend an independent professional mechanical inspection before any purchase.

To purchase reports and access saved history, you must create an account with accurate, current information. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keeping your credentials secure.

VeritasDrive offers vehicle reports individually and in packs. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

Products: Single Vehicle Report (one full report), 3 Vehicle Reports Pack, 5 Vehicle Reports Pack. Reports are delivered as instant digital access after payment.

Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Reports are delivered instantly as digital content accessible through your account. By completing a purchase and generating a report, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content.

Unused reports may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Generated or accessed reports are non-refundable as the digital content has been delivered. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

While we strive to provide helpful and accurate information based on available data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any report. Vehicle conditions vary based on individual usage, service history, driving conditions, and many other factors not captured in public data.

You agree not to: reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit report content without written consent; use automated systems to scrape or bulk download reports; create derivative works from reports for resale; impersonate another person; use the service for any unlawful purpose.

All content, data, design, code, and trademarks on VeritasDrive are our property or used under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VeritasDrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account by contacting veritasdrivesupport@gmail.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
